The location of this apartment is absolutely incredible, with high-end shops just steps away. The apartment itself is well-maintained, with a working air conditioning and a convenient lift. Everything inside is new and stylishly decorated. The highlight was definitely the terrace, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, and the entire space was very comfortable. The entry and exit were seamless, and having a balcony was an added bonus. This will be my go-to home in this city for future visits!

We loved the central location of the apartment, it was right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions. the apartment was spacious enough for our family and had a lovely patio where we could relax.
The shower drainage was a bit problematic, occasionally causing backups.

I always stay at this place in Florence. It's perfect for me. Friendly staff, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a restaurant. They even helped me with town info on my first stay. I'll be back for New Year!

Beautiful accommodation, comfortably sleeps 6 people with private bedroom, loft bed, and sofa bed. Two bathrooms with full showers. Lovely terrace to start and end the day. Great location, even used the terrace in November. Chic apartment with cool touches, perfect for a family of 5. High lofted ceiling, quaint outdoor patio, and innovative lighting. Host very responsive, made advance arrangements for 4 AM cab to the airport.

Being at the center of it all was just delightful. I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming! The airport shuttle service was super convenient too, because who wants to navigate public transportation on vacation, am I right?
Oh, how I missed paying extra for Wi-Fi! Who needs to be connected to the outside world when you can be roaming the streets of a beautiful city?

Storing our bags was convenient, although not behind a locked door. The loft space comfortably accommodated six people with a private bedroom, loft bed, and sofa bed. The terrace was a lovely spot to relax. Having two bathrooms with full showers was a great perk. The location was amazing, close to the train station and major attractions. The communication with the host was excellent, and the self-check-in process was easy. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had a nice heating system. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and had a cozy vibe that made me feel right at home. As a disabled guest, I appreciated that everything was easily accessible, and the rooms were spacious enough for me to move around comfortably. The living room was perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen was a game-changer for me. Having a fridge and a coffee machine meant I could prepare my own meals and enjoy a hot cup of coffee every morning on the balcony. It made me feel independent and added to the overall convenience of my stay. The two bedrooms were a dream. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the rooms cool during the hot Florence summer. It allowed me to get a good night's sleep and wake up refreshed for another day of sightseeing. The balcony was a wonderful addition. It provided a great vantage point to enjoy the beautiful views of the city and relax with a book in hand. The free WiFi was also a bonus, allowing me to stay connected and share my experiences with friends and family back home.
While I enjoyed all the amenities in the apartment, I personally found the lack of an electric kettle a bit inconvenient. As a tea lover, it would have been nice to have an easy way to boil water for my favorite hot beverages.
